New Condition

Preloved Condition

Our "preloved" devices have been previously owned and may exhibit more noticeable signs of wear and tear. These devices are still fully functional and have been tested to ensure they meet our quality standards. Preloved devices may have visible scratches, dents, or other cosmetic imperfections, but they are priced accordingly to reflect their condition. Despite their appearance, preloved devices are still reliable and come with our 30 day warranty.

Any software, module or package updates/ changes that you decide to do after purchase is the responsibility of the owner. You need to do your own due diligence before installing anything that requires superuser access and/ or requires root installation. 

Please be aware of the following:

• Manufacturer Warranty Void: Root will void your device warranty permanently in most of countries.
• Samsung Pay & Samsung Pass: Once rooted, you will lose access to Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass forever, even if you unroot.
• Feature Loss:Unlocking the bootloader disables several features, including:
  
  • Samsung Health
  • Secure Folder
  • Galaxy Watch pairing issues
  • Compatibility issues with older Gear watches (S3 or earlier)
  • Google Pay
  • Other Knox-dependent features (search online for a full list)
• Workarounds: Some custom ROMs and patches restore these features. However, bank apps may still have issues, which can sometimes be resolved by adding them to Magisk Hide.
• Bootloader Warning: On Snapdragon variants, the bootloader unlocked warning cannot be hidden. However, restoring stock firmware while keeping the bootloader unlocked removes the warning.
• No Guarantees: While patched features work at the time of writing, they may stop functioning at any time due to updates.
• Irreversible Changes: Once rooted, you cannot fully return to a "pre-rooted" state. Rooting is a one-way process.
• OTA Updates Disabled: Official OTA updates will no longer work after rooting.
• Unrooting & Relocking Bootloader:You can unroot and relock the bootloader by flashing the stock firmware, but:
  
  • The warranty flag (0x1) remains unchanged, voiding the warranty in most countries.
  • Some Knox features will never work again, even after unrooting & Re-Locking Bootloader
